happens due to communication issues or lack of proper project management.
What we charge:
Depending on the project - we can produce esimates with limitations around deviation, so if we quote you a price for a project -
we will stick to that price unless the scope of the project changes (within reason).
For ongoing maintenance and support - we can offer a monthly retainer for a set number of hours per month, or an hourly rate for ad-hoc work.
Our typical (non-retained) rate is £65 per hour, but this can be negotiated depending on the project and the project needs.
